Toke up a bowl, head towards Riften's countryside, wait until about 6:30ish PM. If the weather is right, you'll be looking at one of the most beautiful sunsets ever created.
When i saw the title i knew it was skyrim haha So grand i sometimes just stop mid quest to admire the sky or a huge forest/glacier in the distance
