  1. Hopeless addiction to status quo.

Routing funds out of the military would mean large job losses. They've built an industry on toothpicks and can't get down.

  2. You can't stay on a sinking ship because you're afraid of the water.

  3. They don't know how to swim.

  4. I guess they'll drown then. :devious:

  5. to protect our interests(trade)

  6. Assuming this is true, even the detractors, can consider the reality that if the US was trying to protect interests, this is a startling indictment of status quo dysfunctionalism.

Innovation was, for decades, given low priority -- Is this the logical step up in the causal chain?

  7. Look it's really this fucking simple:

    Tea party

    Republicans

    Bad

That's about as coherent as most posts here, do with it what you will.

  8. ^^

    that's what i'm saying..

if it weren't for those stupid teabaggers, the US economy and credit rating would be in tip top shape.

why can't everyone just be a Democrat, there would be no problems in the world if that were to happen.

  9. If those stupid tea-baggers didnt want to lower government spending, we wouldnt have a government spending problem to begin with! Sounds logical to me.
