The 6 Most Insane Ways Going Green Can Backfire | Cracked.com I didn't know how bad solar panels were for the environment before reading this article. Its hilarious and sad how fucktarded some of the people who make green tech are.
Meh. These are examples of green tech being used poorly. I could make something even worse about non green tech and I could also re do this except show green tech being used properly. A rock just lays there not hurting anyone until you throw it. It's all In how you use what you have.

No I wouldn't use them when I have neighbors. It's not the proper usage. There are other options for going green that are more effective and less damaging to others in this circumstance.

The market is not ready for green tech, and the American car industry is gonna get fucked in 2016. CAFE (Corporate Average Fuel Economy) mandates "safe" MPG regulations, and they recently decided that all cars manufactured starting 2016 must get at least 35.5mpg. This will essentially ban V8s, and many other cars. Guess what country is struggling the most in terms of fuel efficiency? Looks like we'll all be forced to drive those shitty Leaf's and whatnot. The American Spectator : Goodbye, V-8s, the Engines That Could
Fuck this planet. Stop all environmental funding, ALL OF IT. Then use that spending to perfect space travel. We know the where (well a couple where's), now all we need is the how.
Well the market is gunna have to hurry up or we or are kids are going to be royally fucked.
How so?
The nutcase conservatives may not believe in climate change, but they are naive if they think that we're not adversely affecting our planet in any way. Something needs to be done, but the Americans and the chinese will never let it happen because they only care about their own power.
Because oil needs to be replaced as fast as it becomes obsolete. Otherwise we run Into trouble
Yes but we have a lot of oil. What else should it be used for?
We don't have that much and it's becoming a lot harder to get. We hit our peak oil production globally already. In order to keep growth up we need to find a replacement fast for the loss in production. I'm not saying we shouldn't use oil. Just that we now need something else.

They also take.up.sun area that can be used to grow plants. Wind mills take.up space and resources. Nuclear power is based on a limited resource. Geothermal is a possibility maybe in the far future. But its energy.like.solar can't be stored. Biofuel is as good as.fossils.fuel bit is also clean and renewable. Algae biofuel is the only.realistic energy alternative. Try to.open your mind and stop using.labels to lump groups of people together.
Agreed. Algae biofuel is what I personally see replacing oil. It can do everything fossil based oil can do, only it's easier to get.
The environment will last longer than the economy. The enviro-nazis cause the price of everything to rise because their real goal is not to save the environment but to destroy capitalism.
