ok, back at it a second time! however this time around my buddy who did an outdoor grow last season is helping out. we are using CFLs as it is a small closet grow op. we germinated the seeds not too long ago and just planted them. the closet it holding decently well, gonna line it with some plastic to hold moisture. ANY and ALL tips/criticism welcome. i know the best growers are on GC and wouldn't go to any other site for feedback. will post pics/set up in next post
we are using Warrior Natural Seed Starter for soil as of now, and have FFOF for when we transplant them. got 4 CFLs 2 yellow 2 blue, 23 watts for now. and to the side (out of sight of the pic) we have a 6" computer fan.
we have bow lined the wall in a clear drop cloth to help hold humidity, seems to be working well. also have them up off the floor so we don't have to bend over every tine we I spectators the plants. so far they seem to be doing well
The bag have a name or just some mids? You got the pics on the wall so they can see what they need to be like? Haha
Subbed. Don't know much bout growing, but did an extensive amount of research for a PC grow. However, I would make it so the bulbs on the lights aren't facing downward, but rather they should be sideways. Most effective way to place them, unless I am mistaken. Also, Shouldn't CFLs be a couple inches away from the plant? (Not completly sure, but I think CFLs are meant to put them close to the plants.

They do look a little stretched from being away from the light. And you don't grow? I kinda find that shocking lol. You keeping them under CFL the whole grow THC?
I wanna, but parents aren't on board. I wanted to do a PC closet grow, but the startup cost is just too much for me right now. I will just continue to read and learn so when I can grow (money + cooperation) I will have a really good grasp on things. And CFLs should be sideways correct? To provide the maximinum amount of surface area coverage.

And understandable if the parents aren't on board for it. My cousin actually did a PC grow last time and had some space issued and root issues so this time he's using 2 totes. Plant is huge compared to the first one lol. Just a thought.
Totes are too big, it's gotta be a PC case for stealth. I can manage to find a place for a Full Server pc box (26.5" tall, meant for servers and massive gaming rigs). Have seen some good grows with larger boxes. Did your cousin top, LST, and Scrog? If not, then a small pc case + normal growing = massive problems.

He was a total noob used a small case and a 2 liter pop bottle for a pot. He did LST and tried scrog but it didn't do a whole lot. But yeah man that would work nicely for a stealth one. man, all these little bumps on what was a dead thread is getting me eager to start my new op! my new place has a huge walk in closet that'll be perfect for a good grow, but it'll be a little bit before i move in. but thanks guys, ill be sure to let you all know when i get it back up and running
