    so i just found out about this church that started like 20 minutes away from where i live, and its a church its all nuts, if you join you get all these documents saying that you religously smoke pot, and under the constitution you cant get busted for haveing pot, you can grow plants and shit too. you have to sign this like contract saying all about how you think that burning out is your tribute to your "god" its pretty crazy, i wanna join that shit man, im gonna go find that churn and fucken join, the website is www.thc-ministry.org. go read that shit its crazy. peace

    That shit is funny stuff. THC Ministry, haha. Yeah, that church will sell you documents, holy anointing oil and you'll have a religious defense against criminal prosecution. Just like the Rasta's, right?

    Yeah, and the judge will laugh in your face when you get caught. Rastafarians are allowed to use it because it's a legitimate religion, just like those who are allowed to eat Peyote because it's their religion.

    The THC Ministry is just an excuse to get wasted for recreation and it's a total front. You have no immunity from the law. There's a thread on this in the Spirituality and Philosophy forum. It's by with_his_author.

    Yup, and when he was confronted with the truth about the Bible's stance on weed, he disappeared. Shows how confident he is in his "ministry."

    It's just a front.

    yea, i knew it wasnt fully legitamate, but i just thought it was pretty damn funny, bunch of stoney christians, i wanna go find it and go for the hell of it, my freind said he knows where it is.

    I honestly dont think they can decide if your religion is legitamate. If they can, its worse than I thought.

    Honestly, I think if you played it smart, you could win this case. If you dont, youve got a hellova religious discrimination suit. We can believe whatever we want, and even being a christian could give you a good defense. God gave us all the plants, our government cant take them away.

    this is not much of a loophole, its just something to use in the court of law. religion is protected, this is just trying to give you a front for court to prove you believe you have to smoke weed to be one with your god. it gives you a small chance, and the court cannot tell you what you can and cannot believe.

    i read about this shit in high times few months back i think. shit was being debated and wasnt settled. but as far as i knew they were saying its not cool, but then the people started giving the whole freedom of religion crap. i dont know where its gone though but i doubt it will become legit at all.
