THC-HS for supposotries

  1. I am taking thc cannabos oil supposotries for treatment of cancer. I have read the bioavailability is low due to lack water solubility and converting to thc-hs will increase this. Can anyone advise how i can convert?

  2. Is there some reason, maybe medical, that you take suppositories vs capsules? After hearing about it for decades I tried boofing and found it overhyped. I suppose I could have done something wrong, I just tried it the once.

But regarding your question, I don't know. A water soluble hash sounds like it would come on faster but the downside to having faster effects is the shorter duration. Unless you have a GI problem where you can't absorb hash oil the usual way I think you'd be better served taking your pot orally. The first pass problem can easily be overcome by increasing dosages.

  3. Yeah the reason for supposotries is 2 fold. Firstly to avoid daily high the, 1g oil p day is way too much for me orally. Secondly the cancer is in the region so research suggests a better absorbtion. Im just concerned they dont absorb as well as if they converted to thc-hs as done in clinical tests
