good morning GC! new guy on the block and i just need some advice, help and insight on a little project i'm doing. I have a green smart living electronic cigarette and i want to convert the filter to thc, i searched around many places including here on different forums but nothing on my specific ecig, the filter is openable but not sure exactly how to get the thc in there. I'll try to post pictures later of my e cig so you can get a better idea of my dilemma. also i believe i can use vegetable glycerin to extract the thc from weed. anyone confirm ore deny? recommend something better?
Try diluting some hash oil maybe. Research it more. What do you mean by filter? Is it a cartomizer, atomizer, or what?
so this is my ecig i believe it is a cartomizer. and how exactly is hash oil made? all i've find related to the subject is BHO oil but that seems a bit dangerous for me

I'm sure that the guide that granny linked works, but imo you would be better off just buying a g-pen or other concentrate pen. Otherwise you have to mix glycerin in. A buddy broke his atomizer on an e-cig trying to smoke a glycerin tinc outta it not long ago. The nice thing about the pens designed for thc is you can just load it with bho without the glycerin

Does your e-cig site sell blank cartridges? You want a tincture, I think a glycerin tincture would be best. You can use a dropper to put that straight into some blank cartridges. Even if your site doesn't have blank cartridges, you should be able to find ones that will fit your e-cig somewhere. If you can't find blanks, I've heard you can re-use old cartridges a few times so long as you don't puff on them until they start getting that burnt taste. On my cartridges, there's a plastic piece on the mouth end with a hole in the middle. I can stick a paper clip in there and pop that end piece right out, which allows for refilling.
I've checked but my site does not,.i have however gotten 2 cartridges to the burnt taste phase, working on a third one. is there a difference between hash oil and tincture? anyone know recipes for both?
Check the vaporizer subforum, theres an entire 20+ page megathread on the exact thing you're trying to do (make a thc glycerin tincture for use with ecigs). Great info and people a lot more knowledgeable on the subject over there.
