I'm a 400watt user myself. Just flipped to 12/12 today. What brand bulbs are you using? Hortilux is what I'm using. I like your hood! Looks like that will increase reflection really well. Gotta see this thing in action.

IM using the stock bulb that came with the system, and i dont intend on purchasing a new bulb either especially since Rumple put to rest the whole expensive bulb vs a cheap bulb thingy...his $20 home depot HPS bulb outgrew a $90 Hortilux. and thats proof enough for me not to get all in the hype of buying an expensive bulb....Ehh but what do i care LOL glad you stopped in

Hey veeners glad you decided to poke ur head in, n see how my thread was doing :hello: glad to have ya here mang :D....I know man a new light, some kick ass seeds and all the support and cheers from my buddies here on GC..IM fucking ready for a beasten grow :D

  8. No shit man, I mus have missed Rumples test bulb grow :(, thats bad ass :D:D I still think ther must be something to the Hortilux/Argomax's but as long as someone tried and did it then Im on board as well man! Dude, this is gonna be a sweet fooking grow for sure TOW, cant wait for you to get everything dialed in...or is it already?

  9. I'm glad I stopped in too.

I have an opinion about Rumples use of that $20 Home Depot bulb. I would accept your comment if there weren't other factors. He uses co2 and has a serious grip on his temps. So for him the $20 bulb works great. For me, I don't have co2 which makes a big difference from what I've seen around the City.

Your choice of strains sounds good so I'm stickin' around to see how things turn out for you bruh! GL always

  10. Very true about the C02 and the heat....Those are 2 huge factors... although I've only ever grown with stock bulbs and have had amazing results.. maybe when i get the cash ill upgrade to a Sunmaster HPS to see how it effects my yield :D

Every thing els aside i checked my seeds and so far 1 of my Haze mist has germinated and she's all tucked away in her lil starter container LOL...and my Deep grapefruit has germinated as well :hello: although my cloud 9 seed sunk to the bottom i dunno about her we'll see....and man i had a huge chore list yesterday i had to clean my room ( no easy task ) clean out my tents claen my containers to get em ready for the new plants... hang some outside curtain's which was a bitch cuzz my drill wasn't charged and i had to do it the old fashioned way LOL with elbow grease

SO now every things done except, i need to hang my Hood in my tent and position my ballast..other than that IM jus waiting of them to sprout :D

  11. waiting sucks , hope you have some bud to help you weather it man ;):smoking:. The Kali mist is one I really want to see...it looks amazing on breeder pics and I bet looks even better in person ;).

  12. lol i wish i had some kali mist....i have Haze Mist mang :D by the way, 3 more of the haze mist germinated and have been planted..... so i have 4 haze mist germinated and 1 deep grapefruit...5 down 1 to go :hello: :D

  13. alright its official all of my seeds except 1 has germinated and sprouted 4 haze mist 1 deep grapefruit and 1 cloud 9

And i also transplanted my hahsberry's and widows's into there 3 gallon homes and i got my new light hung up, so im almost done i still need to clean out 1 tent and clean up my room some. other than that im just waiten till the other ones are big enough to be transplanted

Ill get a vid up today with all my new stuff all set up :D

OK since a couple of people are asking me about my seeds i figured i would put some information up about them

First off is G13 Seeds white widow

    Sex : Feminized
Type : Indica / Sativa, Mostly indica
    Flowering : Photoperiod
    Genetics : Indica/Sativa strain
Flowering Time : Medium Outdoor Harvest : Unknown Height : Tall THC Level : High Characteristics : Sweet, strong, acrid smoke

G-13 white widow is one of the most if not the most famous names in the world of cannabis seeds strains. While this is partly due to her memorable name, speed, yield and stunningly ultra-thick resin coating have a lot more to do with it! G13 Labs White Widow is a mostly-Indica strain, with sweet, strong, acrid smoke that imparts a hammering stone. Flowering takes between 50-65 days and produces a high yield.

    Next we have Haze Mist

    Sex : Feminized
    Type : Mostly sativa
Flowering : Photoperiod \tGenetics : Genetics: Haze x White Widow
Flowering Time : Medium \tOutdoor Harvest : Mid October
    Height : Medium, Tall \tTHC Level : 16%
Characteristics : Intense Aroma with fruity background. \t

Haze x White Widow selection. Short flowering Sativa dominant. Productive. Intense Aroma with fruity background.

Next up is Sweet Deep grapefruit

    Sex : Feminized
    Type : Mostly indica
    Flowering : Photoperiod \tGenetics : Grapefruit x Blueberry
Flowering Time : Medium \tOutdoor Harvest : October
    Height : Tall \tTHC Level : 12% - 19%
Characteristics : sweet, fruity, slightly acid taste \t

Dinafem Sweet Deep Grapefruit combines two genetic strains which are appreciated for their extremely sweet and fruity aroma: a strain of Blueberry which is already well-known as it has been used in other strains such as Blue Fruit or Blue Widow, and a clone selected from Grapefruit, a variety that is known for its fruity taste, theoretically to grapefruit, although it reminds more of a sweet fruit like pineapple. This variety is very much appreciated in Canada and US.

Grapefruit is very well-known in America thanks to its taste of pineapple and sweet grapefruit, added to its strength, yield and its outdoor cultivating possibilities, which has greatly helped production in places like British Columbia, for example, where it has been used for commercial purposes.

The a result of this combination is an Indica-Sativa hybrid developed to boost its aromatic qualities to a maximum and provide a sweet, fruity, slightly acid taste.

Apart from these exceptional qualities in aroma or taste, this variety provides lush heavy harvests as its branches form very regularly, with short knots, which in turn give abundant flowering The dense structure of the flowers produces a greater number of buds than in plants with longer knots. Furthermore, the buds are very compact and numerous thick buds are produced on both the lower, longer branches as well as on the higher branches. This means that the calibre of the buds is relatively uniform, in other words, the smaller buds are larger than in most other varieties. This, and in the flowering speed, is where we can see the influence of the characteristic indica genotypes in this hybrid, whereas we can clearly see its sativa ascendancy in its aspect, in the psychoactive effects it produces -a physical and cerebral mixture- and in the complexity of its taste. Thus, apart from good hybrid vigour and bountiful flowering, which make it a highly productive and effective variety, we can appreciate its fruity taste of sweet berries.
The “Blue” influence is noticeable in the colour some of the plants acquire, violet, purple, reddish, more intense in outdoor harvests due to the colder temperature, as well as in the vigorous harvest, which multiplies quickly. For this reason, it is important to maintain the height of the plants under control at all times in indoor cultivation. Its strength is fairly high, combined with noticeable quantities of CBD, therefore producing a mixed effect

    Next is Cloud 9

    Sex : Feminized
    Type : Mostly sativa
    Flowering : Photoperiod \tGenetics : Critical + x JYD Haze
Flowering Time : Medium \tOutdoor Harvest : October
    Height : Tall \tTHC Level : 12% - 19%
    Characteristics : Intense \t

The followers of Critical+ are especially satisfied with its rapid growth, but they are also very pleased with the heavy harvests and intense flavour. Many have stated that after various years of use they are beginning to get bored with its flavour and even more so with its effect, which loses its intensity. Pollinating it with JYD Haze, which has an 84 day flowering period, we have tried to increase the psychoactive level as much as possible without excessively increasing the flowering period, trying at the same time to obtain a better resistance to high levels of moisture in order to assure a successful harvest. Critical+ is obviously the dominant part in the crossbreed, which matures slightly later but in exchange has greatly improved its flavour and effect. The quantity and size of the resin produced by this hybrid much surpasses that of Critical+, while the flavour includes more tones than that of its mythically productive predecessor, which is now a reference due to its intense flavour.
Another clear consequence is its growing vigour, which has increased markedly. This hybrid tends to grow in the form of a Christmas tree, with long branches, all stemming from the main trunk. It is sometimes necessary to place supports for the branches of outdoor plants in order to prevent them from snapping in strong winds, especially with larger plants of up to 3m. A small amount of these plants flower somewhat later due to the Haze genetics. It is recommendable to allow these plants to mature in order to obtain a more intense flavour and effect.

    And lastly we have Hashberry

    Sex : Regular
    Type : Mostly indica
    Flowering : Photoperiod \tGenetics : Mostly Indica
    Flowering Time : Medium, Long \tOutdoor Harvest : September/October
    Height : Medium \tTHC Level : Medium
    Characteristics : fruity-berry, blackcurrant jam, hashy \t

Mandala Seeds Hashberry is the unique result from a rigorous selection of desirable parents, with special attention paid to preserve the hybrid vigor our strains are so valued for. This Indica will grow to a medium height and is a good choice where space matters and excellent for SOG. Hashberry develops a tight and heavy head bud with dense buds located on her firm side shoots. You will notice that many plants cover the bud leaves with a coat of THC glands and these will fill your pollinator/bubble bags generously. This strain still remains easy to manicure, and the dried buds have great “bag appeal”. The buds reveal a refreshing fruity-floral scent during the flowering period. After proper drying and maturation their fragrance transforms into a delicious hashy-berry like aroma. Hashberry not only has hybrid vigor, but is also very heat resistant and it's cannabis seeds are easy to grow. We recommend keeping humidity levels and watering low during the last 2 weeks of flowering to prevent any mold in the compact top buds.

  15. LOL ha ha

I know right i prolly coulda had a couple more in there huh :D

spaced is officially cramped in there LOL cant wait so see em growing :hello: :D :p
