No, just a horny loser Until later on, when Eric and Kelso left the show. Then Fez became the primary character and dated Jackie. He also had that psycho girlfriend for a long time. I think they made it abundantly clear that Fez wasn't gay. Since day one he was drooling over Jackie. But those later seasons were brutal with that character Randy. He was cheesy as shit.
