Today I was at training (I do Tae Kwon Do and have done so for quite some time now) anyways we were doing board breaking and so my instructor sticks a board down and tells me to break it with any hand technique I like. Try a palm heel- fine, try an elbow- fine, try a knife hand (like a chop kinda thing)- BANG, hit it at the wrong angle and bounce off it and then for some reason my forearm hits it. Both hand and forearm HURT LIKE FUCK. So I can't wait for this shit to kick in.
I know how you feel man. I got in a car accident in January and I messed up the discs in my back pretty good. I take vicodin but notihing takes away the pain like mary jane. I dont even want to imagine the pain without my pot.
I tore my ACL in a motocross wreck, and mary jane really helps when my knee pops out of the socket. It sort of relaxes you, helps it pop back in
