...howdy y'all! been reading here a long time now, gained much valuable info. a bit about me: was around a few grows out in N cali a few years ago, unfort 'other' drug problems kept me busy/away from the MJ scene. got clean and have since grown a few MJ and poppies half assed back in oklahoma. in north Mass now and nothing keeps me clean like weed, so ive germd a few decent bagseed and am starting to take the grow seriously. have 2 plants that germd on the 8th Jan, broke ground on the 11th. BOTH started life very strange looking, asymmetical leaves until the second node started. im growing in a shelf in a helf of a closet. have 1 65w(200wequiv) 65k cfl 1 23w 65k 1 40w 65k and have as many supplimental 27k as needed. fan exhausting, JUST set up a humidifier as rH was around 30 tops... temps are a struggle to keep below 80. growing in a mix of heavily lushed MG potting mix/perlite. currently in 16oz styro cups. no nutes, using either spring water or evappd tap or melted down snow(we got plenty here) running 18/6 right now these are the shortest, stockiest MJ ive ever grown, very pleased but i feel i am having a prob with temps and humidity. woke up this morning to find my lights didnt go off, noticed the largest/orignal true leaves on one were VERY yellow all of the sudden as well as crispy at the tips, as well as the pair underneath them. the rest of the plant looks fine, im assuming this is a combo of low humidity and sustained 85+temps overnight. the rest of both plants looks extremely healthy, and most of those leaves i think will recover. am i wrong there? need to repot soon, but after this stress im reluctant to do so. will post some pics when my sigOther wakes up with her camera... basically what rH sould i be shooting for? whats the top end of acceptable temps? how much will this damage hurt my plant, should i just prune the damaged leaves? how long should it take to recover enough to transplant? thx, pics coming.
