Texting a dealer for the first time?

    So I went to the headshop closest to me and found a dealer, and she gave me her number. I haven’t yet texted her, but as a first text, would this sound okay?: “Hey, this is Sal. I met you the other day at *headshop name.* Could I meet you for a bit?”

    Just ask to hang out and mention who you are and where you meet if she asks. Definitely don't mention anything over the phone
