When I hit More Reply Options button to add an attachment, the editor displays differently than the quick reply editor. The text I had typed came up in html. When I went to start this topic, the same editor displayed but when I typed the title, it worked normally.
Chunk your issue is Browser Cache Clean the cache it will be corrected , i had the exact same issue on my initial tests
