Texans Fans?!

  1. Alright, I'm from Houston, and I've been a Texans fan ever since they've been admitted into the NFL.
They've only had 1 winning season....
So it kinda sucks being a Texans fan, but now they're 7-3 with literally the easiest schedule left, and ESPN is saying they'll be the number 1 seed in the AFC.

Mario Williams and Andre Johnson have been out for awhile, but we still keep winning. Matt Schaub just got injured, but I read an article on how the Texans can win with back Matt Leinart, and Andre Johnson will be back soon.

  3. There's another team in Texas?

  4. I like the texans too. I'm a big giants fan so I hate the cowboys so as far as I'm concerned texans are the only true NFL team in texas haha

  5. We're taking your playoff spot here soon.

O ya? Haha well granted you guys have a very cupcake schedule left while the giants have a brutal one but the way Eli manning's been playing, you best be shooting for that wildcard before the bears lock it up

  7. we already had our brutal segment and you had your cupcake segment.

Good luck with the wild card.

Yup and we still play twice this season

  16. Giants have looked like shit the past couple of weeks.

I wouldn't say that. This week defiantly, last week we made stupid mistakes to a now 9-1 9ner team

  18. I love my Texans! I'm so glad we finally have a winning season. As long as Lienhart doesn't try and be a hero we should be good. Just hand off the ball and let Foster or Tate do their thang!

    I hope he's just a sleeper...

  19. Question for you Texans fans: how do you feel about J.J Watt now that we're past halfway through his rookie year?

He's got 32 tackles (5th on the team), 2.5 sacks, 2 fumble recoveries and a blocked FG

Is he an impact player, to you guys, already? Has he helped fill the pass rushing void left by Williams' injury? Has he been a disappointment? I'd love to hear your opinions on the guy, having only seen him play a handful of snaps myself this season. Hopefully he's working out real well for you. He's got plenty of good Badgers fans where I am who are following his NFL play very closely!

    Whats up Texans fans? :smoke:

I believe Watt has been tremendos. And Im not just judging off that its his rookie year. The guy came in here looking and acting like a 10 year vet. You can see he has a very clear mindset on what he hopes to accomplish. Add to the fact that his motor never stops and his technique is leaps ahead of schedule. I believe he's going to be a force to be reckon with for a long time with this organization. I honestly see him and Reed becoming unstoppable forces in a couple of seasons. hopefully The Texans are smart with Mario and resign him. Could you imagine Williams on one side with Reed on the other? Scary...

Now Lets hope we finish this season strong and leinart is able to do his Thang
and take us where no Texan has gone before.:smoke:
