Tetris and Pac Man

Haven't played them in a long time but i did love both. Especially the hand held tetris game.

 

I’m pretty good at Tetris but I’m pretty bad at Pac Man. I love old games like these, Montezuma’s Revenge, Galaga, Dropzone etc.

I got Pac-Man free on the Xbox recently. was hard as fuck then and it’s hard as fuck now.
Spent about 30 hours trying to complete streets of rage 1 recently too. Can get to like 1 minute before the final boss.
Oh and Alex the kid! got that recently and what the fuck man. I’m sure I can remember completing that when I was like 7. Couldn’t get passed the third or fourth level.

 

Alex Kidd, if you're talking about "Miracle World" that is (it's actually like a 6-7 game franchise) it's never been an easy game. At the time I thought it was like Mario, but a bit more depth...but yeah...it gets difficult. The hidden blocks that just kill you, the bosses, and the damn castle levels are assholes.
Really good game though. Great example of a platformer. Just, hard man.

Yknow...Streets of Rage 4 is finally bringing back Adam.

Looks like they kept the gameplay pretty intact even with a style change.

Ha yeah, I mean different character but same guy.
Funny most folks pick up that he was from Firefly, Castle and Buffy. I was beginning to think I hallucinated him being in the show.

This one is a character he played in a tv version of a one-shot comic more or less, presented as a musical, made by Joss Whedon. "Dr Horribles Sing-Along Blog"
The show was about his nemesis/villain, the guy in the title.
But Nathan Fillion (guy in the pic) essentially played just...a perfect smarmy prick...which I thought was funny.
They were competing for the same chick. Neil Patrick Harris was Dr Horrible.

I like Tetris but don’t play it much. I almost never play pac man but if I had the space I would get one of the old table top versions just for nostalgia.
