OK yesterday a friend of mine bought a gram for both him and I. This is my FIRST TIME smoking weed and also i decided to do it when my parents were asleep (i was by myself).. At around 10pm i made a apple pipe (friend told me its safest and quickest) lit up, smoked like more then a pinch, around 6 to 7 hits, including 3 big ones. Threw the apple away. Didn't eat it. Next day (Today) at around 5:30 pm, mom tells me im having a PHYSICAL tomorrow @ 12 pm; ive never had a physical before.. Im really nervous right now because it mite be a piss or blood physical maybe.. im not sure.. but im trying to be safe and 1/2 the people i have been talking to say its possible to be traced but it should be confidential and 1/2 the people ive asked say since it was my first time if i drink massive WATER and PISS, i can get it out by TOMORROW but im cutting it close. im very NERVOUS because it is my first time and my parents would kill me. if you have any suggestions or could !!!HELP!!! me in any wayPLZ ( maybe it wont find it in my body? i hear its only requested when they will also try to include drugs in it?)

Although, I'll help you out anyway. Tell your doctor tomorrow you've started a multivitamin to increase your, obviously, vitamin levels. Go out and find one with plenty of niacin. Drink as much water as you can, and then another gallon. Keep chugging it until you start pissing clear. When it hits the toilet, you can't see it. Pop a multivitamin a few hours before going, and the niacin should give the color back, and you'll pass. but, most importantly, I have NEVER had a physical where I was tested for anything that took a piss test.

No worries man! If its just a standard phisical, they wont do a piss test- 100% sure. The most they will do is send you in for a blood exam to test for high colesterol, and they dont test for drugs in that. You should be totally safe. dont sweat, you'll be fine.
as you obviously know, wrong forum, but to put your mind at ease, physicals dont equal drug test unless its for employment, you should be alrite
also what works for piss tests is using your friends piss and keeping it in a condom(duh) but the problem is that it wont be warm enough. since the docter sends you to the bathroom to do it tell the docter that you pissed on the side of the cup and you had to wash it off with water which would make your piss colder. they usually use a thermometer to test the temperature so that will get you by every time. if you piss too cold then they will know it isnt your piss unless you make somthin up
timmy, thats the dumbest thing i've heard, in a condom?? yeah they wont trace the spermacide or and trace of the condom in it :S, i beleive that they have to have consent to do drug tests, but i'm in canada and we rule
hey Stupid, actually using a non-spermicidal condom without lubricant is what people sometimes choose to use, timmy knows exactly what he's talking about, its a method for pre-employment drug screens that people use, its called subbing. cant imagine what you rule tho... obviously not in intelligence
doc's cant drug test u, unless yo parents have ask too..(only people under 18 can be tested if parent ask for there teen to be tested)...... but once u 18, perant have lost there right to make choises for u....
