why is there so much tension between hardcore and metal kids. i don't understand. i love both metal and hardcore, i don't know why others can't do that.
Don't even worry about the people that don't like each other 'cause of what music they like. That's a dumb reason to hate someone.
That's the way I feel about pretty much anything, any label, any category. What's the difference between "You don't like this particular kind of music, so I don't like you" and "You don't believe in the same religion that I do, so I don't like you" or "You arn't the same nationality that I am, so I don't like you." Basically it's all the same thing, "you don't belong to category X so I don't like you." Now, I ask, what is war? War is one group saying "you don't agree with us, so we hate you" to another group, then each group hates the other group simply because they are members of the other group. THE OVERALL CAUSE OF WAR AND FIGHTING IN THE WORLD IS A BASIC "US AND THEM" MENTALITY! PEACE IS ONLY ACHIEVEABLE WHEN WE SEE PEOPLE AS PEOPLE, AND NOT AS THE GROUPS THEY CAN BE CATEGORIZED IN!!! I mean it just is so simple... duh!
