    The tempreture in my room has been peeking around 100f. I am running 2 1000w hps hortilux. Is this going to make buds airy? I have a 16" fan circulating as well as inlet and exaust. Can I get away without using ac or would there be great benefit from ac?

    there would be a huge benifit... ganja grows best in the mid to hi 70s...80s are fine and 90 and above does damage..

    My current grow tops 90-95F everyday now during these heatwaves.
    They seem to like it!
    But I do have some serious airflow through the box that make for quite a wind chill factor!
    If you manage to add sufficient CO2 I think you can push 100F.
    But be wary, some strains REALLY don't like 90F+

    I had about the same situation here. I could maintain 85 - 100 using my exhaust blower w/2 1000 watters going. I had to put an ac window unit in to run gas. my growth rates have easily doubled :D I started the gas 3 weeks into flowering and it took a week to get it dailed in.
