temperature

    Can someone please tell me what the optimum temp and humidity should be in my grow room please. I have not got any plants in there yet but i want everything right before they go in.

    Temp at 75.. Humidity between 40 an 60%

    is that degrees c or degrees f.

    F. Wouldn't 75 Celsius be like 160degrees f? Lol

    75 F is equal to 23.89 C.

    My room ranges from 69 on the coldest nights to 80 on the hottest days. Thats in F. I know that at 90f+ that your plants growth will be stunted massively. Basically keep it between 70 and 80 and you should be alright.

    70-83 is fine for temps. Humidity should be 30-50%.

    Optimum would depend on the strain and if its in flower or veg stage. I would shoot for 75f and 45% humidity in Veg, and 78f and 30% humidity in Flower. Again, all strains are different, but those numbers should work for just about any strain.
