Have about 150 watts of 5500k cfl lights they're about 5 weeks old and are grieving really slow could it be because of the heat or what?

I'm not looking to buy a humidity measuring device, however my guess is that it's less than 30% I have a vent fan but I guess I might have to add another one to cool it down!
Well if youre not looking to buy one, you cant just guess what your humidity is. However if you picked up some 6500K and got your temp around 72-75 Im sure it would do you a load of difference. 150W of light should only be used for about 1-2 plants that are 5 weeks old. If you have a bunch of plants in there then they arent getting adequate lighting.
The pet stores sell cheap ones for reptiles it tells you the temp and humidity. Ive had good luck with those
