Update About Advertising on Grasscity Important: A New Chapter for Grasscity

Temp Indoor growing.

    Yes i bought Jiffy-7 Mini greenhouse seed starter. I put a germinated seed in each peat pod. It has been so cold outside i havent gotten the chance to transfer them outside. So i have them in the mini-greenhouse and have it about 6 inches under a 120v 60Hz 16w Fluorescent light and a heating pad under it to keep it warm. I am new to inside growing and was wondering if im doing anything wrong?

    sounds fine to me man .... one thing i like to do is put a min/max hygrometer and thermometer in my humidity cribs so i can adjust the holes n shit to suit my individual enviroment ... its better than guessing .... also i like to sit my babies on top of a half inch bed of perlite and then i bury them in perlite ... the whole bed holds a more steady temp n moisture levels ... and the roots grow out into the lovely warm and protective bed of perlite... when iam ready to use them i just pull them out and dunk them in water to float away the perlite, leaving a little block or jiffy pot with lots of fluffy white roots ... usually the ones with the better root systems will kick in quicker
