Ok so i was clean for 2-3 months to try and get an armored car driver job. they never called me back, i called them 3-4 times and they said they would if they wanted me, and my current job told me about a possible promotion i might be able to get. So, I said fuck it and started smoking again. Now, this morning the company i applied for called me and i assume they want to set up an interview. should i take the interview and tell them i have smoked and would fail their polygraph or try and pass it (which i know is possible). I can get clean piss for a piss test but i know they polygraph potential employees and ask questions about stealing, drug use, and some other shit. I've never stolen anything, been an excellent employee for every job ive had. so annoying that smoking a little weed might fuck me from getting this job. TLDR: was clean applied for anew job. didnt call me back or anything started smoking agian they called me back should i go in and lie or tell the truth? (the polygraph potential employees)
Well yeah, you probably should. I mean you're taking a polygraph test so they're gonna find out regardless and at least by coming clean you show you're honest. If you don't get the job then you don't get the job, this aspect at least is out of your control. And how do you know how to pass it? And if you think holding your breath to slow your heart rate would work, it won't. I thought the same thing but I read somewhere they can tell if you're holding your breath
couple people told me practice what your gonna say. the tests work with stress if you can keep calm and answer the questions quickly and calmly then you can pass. 2 firefighters told me this, you get polygraph tested to become a firefighter.
The polygraph test is actually quite easy to beat and isn't considered accurate enough to be used in court. There are lots of ways to trick the polygraph by botching your control questions, showing higher levels of stress telling the truth so it balances when you 'bend' the truth not showing a huge spike in the levels they are testing for. If it's for a drug test and you can't pass I would be truthful, but with a polygraph I'm not quite sure, since they aren't really 100% concrete anyway and easy to bypass.
i dont know the right steps but theres drinks you can get and if used properly they will get you through the piss test.. go in and take the polygraph who cares you got that!

I've fooled polygraphs before. A trick that's worked for me is to replace every single question they ask with a new question in your mind that you can honestly answer mentally that fits the answer you want to give them. "Have you ever smoked weed?" I wouldn't say "no" in response to that question. I'd mentally ask myself, "Have you ever fucked a toothless amputee hooker?" And respond verbally to my own question with a confident and honest "no". That technique helps me to control my body's reaction to my desire. It may work for you. Good luck man.

then what is the problem sir? smoking weed has nothing to do with their polygraph test, they're not gonna ask you if you smoke weed! they may ask about drug use but if your a real stoner you dont consider pot a drug (atleast i dont) so i dont think that would show up abnormal and hey if it does just say you use to smoke a little pot and a clean urine sample will prove you do not use! just hope they dont do hair testing.
Yeah man, you can beat this polygraph test noooo problem. I've heard that clenching your ass cheeks together while answering is a good way to pass.
