Any sane human being knows that anything can become an addiction, but people rarely talk about T.V. People that sit in front of a T.V for the majority of the day, sucking in stupidity of reality shows and false preachings of the news. I spend a lot of time on the internet, but the internet is a free place where you can research ANYTHING, where as television is a controlled form of media. So do any of you guys know any television addicts? Are you one?
i would, but i use it to play video games,dvd's, and watch wrestling 2 nights a week. We are talking about the real television addicts people who basically go unconsious in front of the screen
My girl is a TV addict. I am always bitching about feeling second to netflix, which has a pause feature. My whole, and best argument^ It fucking has a pause button. TV while Studying, doing home work, while reading, to go too sleep, on the iPod while cooking dinner. Show doesn't matter, it can be anything that has episode after episode after episode.

No my hearing is quite good. Both bands use the same drumlines and melodies. I listen to such things as Black Sabbath and Judas Priest. Bands that actually make songs that sound different.
I watched too much tv and it was all garbage. So I cancelled my cable and I refuse to get it again. I have Netflix, no commercials. There are drawbacks of course. I haven't seen the third season of Walking Dead but eventually they will put it on Netflix and it doesn't hurt to wait a bit.
OMG bro, the last episode of season 3 is such a cliffhanger. I know I made a thread about hating television, but Walking Dead is like one, long zombie flick. So good.
I LOVE Walking Dead!!! I tried finding season 3 online for free but wasn't able to. Oh well. I'll use this as an opportunity to exercise my patience. No spoilers!
