Teen Faces Cell Phone Porn Charge

  1. That is a harsh penalty. A hefty fine for damages and community service sounds a lot more reasonable.

  2. They're only breasts,
not like it was her vag.
Girls are too scared about revealing their breasts,
even though they are allowed to walk around in public with them exposed..

  3. this is bullshit

  4. so if this kid gets convicted for all the charges he is facing he will do 20 years

If he gets convicted for all of that and gets 20 years that is an incredible fail of the system. At most he should get a fine and community service. I cant believe hes being charged with some of the things he is.

edit: Stalking? Holy fucking shit, how is showing your ex's best friend a picture of her tits stalking? I guess the world grows more retarded each day with its morals.

  6. Asshole move or not this should be no more than a slap on the wrist offence.

  7. There was a picture of a girl that went around the whole school, our rival school, a university that was half way across the state, and to here in germany (I had nothing to do with it but an exchange student did)

It was nuts, she had some nice boobs though.

  8. If she cared about her rep she should not have taken naked pics and sent them in a pic txt. It is fucked up he showed them off, but if she never took it, it could not be shown. If he goes to jail then she should to. For aiding and abetting.

  9. This here is 100% agreeable by me. If he goes to jail then so should she because its just as much her fault as it is his. However, like I said earlier with the way the world is today and being so concerned with other peoples feelings the guy is going to take 100% of the blame.

  10. Ok so quick questions it said the girlfriend sent pictures to the boyfriend and then the boyfriend then sent it to someone else correct?

If that is the case then the girl is in the initial wrong, and why should the boyfriend get in trouble for a photo he did not take, and a photo that was sent to him? Shouldn't the person who took the initial photo of the underage person (who is themselves) the one in wrong?

Was he wrong for sending it out? My thing in my field of work is you don't take any pictures private or public that you do not want out there, as anyone could have plucked that photo out of cyberspace.

  11. Thats lame.

  12. Wow thats absolutely ridiculous..

  13. Lol... this happened when I was in Highschool... topless pictures were sent of this bitch all around my school but noone got in trouble.
