This video and Rupert Sheldrake's "The Science Delusion" (Rupert Sheldrake - The Science Delusion @ TEDxWhitechapel - YouTube) were initially released by TED but later withdrawn, and then reposted with significantly constrained availability. The complete story can be found as a series of posts on FaceBook by Mr. Hancock:

TED also removed the recent talk by author and bio-chemist Rupert Sheldrake. In the bold debate about the nature of human consciousness, Rupert Sheldrake stands out for questioning the standing dogmas of modern science and for bringing us his fascinating theory of Morphic Resonance regarding the collective memory and the habits of nature. - See more at: 3 Censored TED Talks They Do Not Want You To See

Entrepreneur Rick Hanauer's presentation is surrounded by controversy because after it was recorded, it was passed over for publication by TED. Stating that allegations of censorship are false, and that TED merely favored better presentations over Hanauer’s when deciding what to publish to their hugely popular website, TED publicly released the talk after suspicions were raised. - See more at: http://www.whydontyoutrythis.com/20...not-want-you-to-see.html#sthash.SjHJcaXF.dpuf

Scaremongers play on the idea that robots will simply replace people on the job. In fact, they can become our essential collaborators, freeing us up to spend time on less mundane and mechanical challenges. Rodney Brooks points out how valuable this could be as the number of working-age adults drops and the number of retirees swells. He introduces us to Baxter, the robot with eyes that move and arms that react to touch, which could work alongside an aging population -- and learn to help them at home, too.

  14. Robots cant replace humanzls because robots use rare resourced.

    Humand are just carbon.

Odds are gmo and cyborg hymans woll take over eventually. But we will still be nostly biological. Carbon is a useful element
