i used to hate techno, till after i went to a few raves this summer and rolled a few times i havent done E in awhile, but i have a new appreciation for techno/djs i just thought it was kinda cool that something like ecstasy could change my view on something i thought sounded so stupid other than weed has anyone had a drug influence them, even after usage, to listen to new music?
Haha yea E will do that to you. I already liked some techno songs before I tried E for the first time a couple weeks ago. But I went to go see Tiesto at LA and I listened to a couple of his songs before the concert/rave, and a lot of em I was like "ehh" on. But man when I was rollin there, every song was like a slice of heaven handserved on a golden fucking platter to me by Tiesto himself. After that experience, I bring back my roll whenever I listen to Tiesto when I'm high. It's fucking crazy. Yea, I appreciate techno music in general a lot more now.
ya i saw tiesto at global dance festival here at red rocks, it was ok, he was ok. im not really a fan of tiesto lol. anyways, i have been inspired to get a pair of turtables, and try to learn to start mixin some ofmy own shit. there fun as hell to play around on im the same way you are though, i liked a few(very few) techno songs as well before i ever even thought i would even try e

i can only stand to listen to techno when i'm soooooooo gone (ie: at a rave). sit down get stoned and listen to techno? maybe, but I don't think i would on a regular basis
I was never really into heavy metal till my friend played some slayer through his badass system when I was tripping for the first time on shrooms, I was tripping really hard
ive always liked almost any kind of music but for me euro/electro/house just goes hand in hand with thizzin. that and if im listinin to techno when im stoned i can get into it just about the same.

Ever since I rolled for the first time, it has been all electronica for the most part. Drum and Bass, trance, and psytrance are my fave genres.

Alright sorry but I'm gonna be that nerdy douche that gets pissed when you call edm techno......its called Electronic Dance Music....techno is its own style like house/trance/dnb/hardcore etc. I like hardcore/hardstyle/electro/breakbeats/hard trance/psytrance/dnb/happy hardcore. My friends were like you guys.... used to say edm was gay and give me shit for it until I took them to their first rave and now its all they listen to. heeey socal...did you go to psytribe?
