  1. OK so I know the conventional tbreak wisdom is to just abstain completely for at least a week but I was wondering how much just a decrease in usage would effect my tolerance. As of right now my typical smoking patterns are during the school week to smoke a bowl or vape a trench before then when I get home have another either single bowl or trench then another one around bedtime. If I cut this down to just 1 trench a day when I get home How much would that effect my tolerance. I have a low body fat and also run everyday too. I have been supplementing with the recommend dose of niacin and omega 3. Whats the general opinion? Would it be effective or worth it to just lower down to once a day or should I just take a week or two off completely?

    There's a big difference between 3 hits and 3 bowls. If I said hits then my bad I ment bowls. Im aware that if I kept smoking but just less then my tolerance would lower but just slowly but im wondering if it would be so slow that it's even worth it
     
  4. I've personally noticed that it's much, much more effective to take a break then to smoke less and hope your tolerance decreases. I know it's way harder to take a break, but it's worth it.

    Tolerance is a tricky beast and I haven't fully figured it out yet. But I usually have a very high tolerance. I've personally found that smoking less is not very effective against tolerance. It might be different for other people. But I highly recommend taking breaks instead. Yes, it sucks, but it pays off. And I personally don't think about weed after my 2nd day on a break.

    I don't know what bowls you're smoking but my bowls I cannot smoke in one it.
     
  7. Once a day actually works wonders. For me and a lot of people I know the 2nd smoke doesn't really do much just makes visuals better not as euphoric. If your not getting as high on the first smoke then sure go for a t-break.

    I don't really know much with omega 4's but granny should.

    I do smoke dank... And I load bowls of it.. That take more than one hit..

  13. It doesn't work as well as a fully abstinent break, but you might still notice a difference.

    I only smoke about 1-1.5g a day and when I go a week cutting that in half I can notice my tolerance go up. I also take Omega 3 supplements every day.

    I clear my bowls in one snap I weigh before I pack most of the time and its .5 which is a pretty fat bowl of dank after that Im zoned espcially if wax is involved. I just dont have virgin lungs like some of you guys in here lol. Your question was dumb as fuck thats why I gave such a rude answer, and theres an official tbreak thread and many more with the answer to your easy question qhich has already been answered.
