So I just found out about tax stamps... And I don't get it. Let's take MA for example. If you buy a marijuana tax stamp, does that mean you can legally smoke it? If not then what's the point? I'm just confused
Kentucky is the same way. It's just an extra added charge against you when you get caught dealing for not paying taxes on the product. If you go get the tax stamps, then they know you are dealing and start watching you. It's a giant scam.

Technically you need to pay taxes on your drugs, in some places they can give you a charge for avoiding taxes if you are caught with drugs and money. Problem is they dont actually sell a tax stamp that you can buy.
