I wanted a marijuana related tattoo also & decided on getting 4:20 in roman numerals on my wrist. IV;XX . It's tasteful an discrete enough for the lowlifes and appreciated by the connoisseurs.

Don't get something you will regret in a few years. Try going for something that's not so blatantly obvious as a leaf. That WILL get you discriminated upon depending on how visible it is, which is a serious side effect.
