Tasting tea, tasting life

  1. There was a saying: "tea like life, and the first tea as bitter as life, the second tea like love, the third tea as breeze."
A piece of tea leaf, seems so small, delicate and so insignificant, but it is so wonderful. The power of tea, no shape of hustle and bustle, no excited state, clear fragrance. To tasting a cup of tea, one should like taste its bitter and sweet! People in the world floating between fame and fortune, rolling honor and nonsense, bitter and sweet is arisen by the heart, only indifferent and be quiet, one can to do the best, the most meticulous, the most unique and the most valuable taste in life. All this is similar to tea tasting.

  2. There is truth in what you say, enjoying tea can be likened to a mini-meditation ritual that can bring balance to an otherwise busy, hectic day. We need to take time to relax, recharge and re balance ourselves.

I enjoy that meditative ritual in smoking cigarettes once a week or so, it is not an every day thing, but a once in a while special occasion. Tea is enjoyed every day though as it is good for the mind, body and spirit. It energizes while relaxes at the same time, bringing a more balanced energy boost than coffee.
