once i have taken my cuttings, prepped them and placed them in their growing medium, i place them under light on an 18-6 schedule, i am told... my question is: do i have to place them in a dark space and put that light on them, or can i just set them out under the light, so long as when their dark time comes, i plunge them into full dark? ie; will ambient daylight in the room i place them in under the light interfere? any help would be really appreciated...thanks in advance!
nah youre good to just leave them out in regular light during lights off. done it tons of times with no ill effects.

thanks dankherb!...i appreciate you coming to my recue and chiming in... ihave a bedroom that is largely unused and currently barely used at all except during the day for very quick in and outs...packed full of another room's stuff while i renovate the empty room i thought i would place my light and the 2 cuttings that are going under it in there, right by the window which gets some nice light, but wanted to be sure it was not gonna present a prob have a great evening!
