Tackling 100 mg edible

  1. What are your recommendations for consuming a 100 mg edible on a day when you are by yourself and have nothing going on?

    How much and how quickly are you consuming it? Do you go based on “feel” or do you consume in predetermined amounts and intervals?

    NOTE: Not having the entire edible is indeed an option.

    I’ll post what seems to be best for me below but always open to new approaches.

  2. Eat 1/4 of the edible & wait 1-2 hours before eating more.. that's how I go about most edibles lol
     
  3. After several months of admittedly heavy usage, this seems to work best based on my tolerance:

    Start with 25 mg
    Consume another 25 mg 45 minutes later
    Nibble 5 mg dose starting at 90 minutes and do so until the “peak” is reached.

    Then, I need to tell myself to STOP because extending the session will just result in diminishing returns (and sometimes causes a headache).
