The center (4) lamps on my 8 lamp fixture won't come on. Where should I start? Is it a ballast? How many lamps are generally controlled by each ballast? The weird thing is I had this same problem with a different fixture a couple weeks ago. I swapped fixtures and been getting by with the one.
