t5 light won't turn on

I have a sun system new wave t5 with 8 bulbs but 2 won't turn on ..... I bought new bulbs but still nothing ..... The warranty expired so I don't want to pay like 300 dollars to get a new if there a way to fix it sooo any help is appreciated
