Amazon.com: T5 Commercial Tube Fixture Light Size / Bulb: 4 Feet / 4: Patio, Lawn & Garden I was thinking about buying this for seedling and begging under it. Will this t5 setup be good for 3-4 plants in my 2'7x4'11x6'7 tent. I plan on using a 600 watt after the veg cycle. So will this be a good purchase? Or is this to much light?

I bought a t5 high output 4ft x 4bulb fixture.. I get it monday(according to tracking) going to use it for both veg/flower since I dont want to drop the additional money of hps. comes with 6500k bulbs and swapping for 3000k when flowering(2700 is discontinued apparently) so going to use 2700 cfl's in addition.

I have this one: HTG Supply - 4 Foot 4 Lamp High Output T5 Fluorescent Grow Light That came with my MOM Keeper from HTG. Been using it for over a year and a half and it works excellent! Here's the MOM Keeper: HTG Supply - Mother Keeper Complete Grow Tent System It's a great set up but I wouldn't buy this kit again bc the fan is worthless imho, and can be put together for much cheaper with better equip. It was a great FIRST purchase. Good luck. Will look forward to ur grow!

[/quote] I'm not bashing your lights but flourogrow seems to have a way more sturdy product and I believe its a little less expensive. Just putting that out there. Edit: flourogrow also is selling their 6lamp hood pre loaded with bulbs for the same as htg's 4 lamp
I am a huge fan of the 2ft, bank of 4 light, t5s. I use them as sidefills in my flower room, and use another for vegging..They dont mess with the power bill that much, and the plants love them...
