As I've heard it takes 6 weeks of tolerance break for THC to get out of the stoners fat.

what if you're a skinny stoner with less bodyfat? does this make the required t break shorter? juss wonderin..!

  2. T breaks aren't about getting the weed out of your system, but to repair the receptors in you brain so they get "unused" to being used. But I could be wrong, and it could be a little bit of both. And metabolism determines how fast weed would leave your system.

  3. because thc is stored in body fat, it would take a fatter person longer to get all the thc out of their system rather than a skinner person

  4. Yea i alrady know that, but does this help make the t breax shorter?

  5. I've seen a few different sources and opinions; the general consensus seems to be that an overweight person would be able to clear their system in about a month and a half, an average person in just under a month, and a lightweight person in just two weeks.

Daily exercise and some dietary supplements would definitely decrease the time it takes to rid your body of THC metabolites.

erowid.com has some great information. You should check them out.
