if i've been smoking for about 5 months about once a day (sometimes more) what's a sufficient amount of time i should consider for a t-break to become a lightweight again? i feel that im smoking more then i used to and not even getting as high as i used to be. so how long are t-breaks normally? how long do you guys usually take for a t-break? and how often do you guys take one?

    im kinda noob, sorry.

  2. Yep you could do for a T-break.

Just about 2-3 weeks of not smoking..and you'll be fine.
