T-Break questions

Discussion in 'Seasoned Marijuana Users' started by Sirsmkealotherb, Feb 26, 2010.

  1. Hey all, I've been smoking everyday for quite a long time now. I've been smoking for about five years and took a (mandatory) t-break for a years time. When I started smoking again I was totally gone. Now I still get high here and there, but it's nowhere near the same. I also smoke about 4-6 times a day. Probably about 2g-1/8 a day. I smoke dank ass bud too, not dem' reggies. I'm 6 foot tall and about 235 lbs.

So now that you know all that: If I stop smoking for three or four days altogether (given the amount I smoke) will my tolerance sky rocket again after the first few days back or will it go up steadily?

And cause I really don't wanna stop smoking if I just cutdown a bit, maybe like once every other day for a month or two would my tolerance be effected?

I wanna get it down and keep it down. I *guess* if I had to stop for a month altogether I would, but blah on that.

  2. Dude you should do what I do just smoke so mids instead of dank. You can still get high at still lower you tolorance i'd been doing it for a
week then smoked some green crack today and was gone it's a pretty effective method if you don't want to go with out

  3. That's a pretty good idea. How much mids do you smoke a day?

  4. Somewhere between one to five bowls it really just depends on the day

  5. I personally prefer the cutback methot more than the mids method because mids just suck balls

  6. your smoking 4-6 times a day and not getting high?

Sounds to me like your wasting a bit of money to me. I'm not the biggest fan of short Tbreaks. Your THC levels and tolerance just builds up so quickly after them. It just doesn't seem to be effective to me. I would suggest just smoking less. its not worth buying that much tree if your not getting the results.

  7. On the very rare occasion that i take a t-break, I usually try to go 4 days. It's a great feeling when I smoke for the first time in that long, especially if I have some really good bud for my vape. It does also seem to take my tolerance down for quite a while, which is the point of the whole thing. I've read some things that say the best way to go about lowering your tolerance is making a habit of 20 days on and 4 days off, but I get migraines regularly and if I don't smoke every day I run the risk of an exploding head, so breaks are rare. Smoking every other day sounds like a good idea, and it seems you could really use the break. You gotta enjoy the herb as much as is possible so good luck!
