T break question

  1. Ok, so I began my interest in smoking marijuana about a year and a half ago. I started smoking daily about 8 months ago. At this point I don't really feel like i get high anymore. Instead of the beautiful state of mind marijuana used to put me in, I now just feel groggy, and depressed when I smoke. Sometimes I actually still do get somewhat high (usually when I pick up a new strain of chronic). But it doesn't compare to the high I used to get for the first couple months of my toking experience. I've only smoked one bowl in the last 2 days (mostly because I've been sick) and I think a tolerance break is the best solution. now I turn to you guys, the seasoned tokers...


    How long of a t-break is necessary for me to get back to the level of being high that I desire?

    and...

    If I try to start smoking only 2 or 3 times a week, will it significantly lower my tolerance?

  2. from everything i know, min at least a week, 2 weeks is avg, anything longer and you get less and less advantages but it does help.

    anytime you snoke less will help with lowering tolerance but can you notice the diff? i dunno maybe if you cut back at least by half.

  3. two weeks, and youll be feeling REAL good, four weeks will be like the first time.

    Drink Cranberry Juice, and b vitamins, and drink a lot of liquid
     
  4. This. And also exercising is helpful for a lot of people too.
     
  5. the minimum is 2 weeks, i suggest a couple months, work out do alot of cardio, cosign dankdude

    when the time finally comes, have a mango 1 hour - 30 mins before toking
     
  6. An over-ripe mango an hour or so before will noticably increase the high.

    Thanks for the feedback guys, I really appreciate it. I do exercise about 4 to 5 times a week on average. Also, I've read the marijuana contaseuir (sorry no idea how to spell that word) post on one of the other forums, and I noticed that they said that a mango will get you significantly higher. I personally hate mango's, but I would be willing to eat one if it meant I could get alot higher lol.

    Does anybody know if a steamroom/sauna will help this process?

  9. people who need to pass drug tests and have like 1 week to do it go to steamrooms/saunas to sweat out thc in system.
    idk what it does for tolerance, but if you're already going to give it up for at least 2 weeks then I don't think there's a point to it. Don't get me wrong though, I fuckin love steamrooms.
