T-Break question

Discussion in 'Apprentice Marijuana Consumption' started by xHaze, Feb 21, 2009.

  1. Ok, so I know what a t-break is, but I don't really understand them that well. So say if you smoke for 1 year everyday, and your tolerance is super high, and then you take a one month t break, does your tolerance lower for a long period of time, or does your tolerance go really high again after a month or so after the t break? Sorry if that was kind of confusing lol

  2. A t-break is taken to lower your tolerance. It depends on each individual when you need one - some people need one after a year, while others can live their whole life without ever needing one.

  3. After your T-break your tolerance will be significantly lower, but it can build up again quite quickly. It's all about not falling back into your old smoking habits and seeing how easy it is to get high after your T-break..
