SXSW Passes 700?

    Anyone else think that shit is outrageous? Just for a music pass, and I was only hoping to see a few artists but of course you can't just pay for those shows, I'll be down in Austin this week just hitting up free shows and smoking up, anyone else?

    Yeah fuck that dude, SXSW used to seem like such an awesome festival but now it's gone so corporate.  Everything is sponsored or owned by some huge company cashing in on Independent artists.  If you like electronis music I'd suggest Moogfest.  It's 5 days for 200, and some awesome names on the lineup.

    That's such bullshit...Especially considering how bad they fuck the acts. They don't pay hotel, airfare, or performance money. It's all about "exposure". Don't support that shit.

    Damn that blows, there are tiny venues that treat artists better than that.
