I have always used a pen for wax, but it never really did much. Two weeks ago, I tried an enail with a glass handheld and a wire down to a box where you set the temp. and it is electric. I have never seen one of these in person. Just in magazines and online ads.... HELP?? I don't even know where to start. I have this glass piece but no carb cap. I have just the glass and the red part. Do I use these? Or do I start over? Thanks for any help. I have Lupus and Rheumatoid Arthritis so I need pain relief.
