Ok, that'll give them time to heal up. They will stretch, so it'll be best to start spreading/tying down your branches now. That way you can open up the bid sites for light when they start showing.
in DWC set up. not sure how to go about tying branches down. I do need to remove a couple fan leaves i think tho. i can't imagine there is any reason to keep the lowest most fan leaves (the first ones that grew)
You can defoliate, though some might disagree. As far as tying down, you can use anything. Tie them to a brick or put some screws around your pot/tub, just remember to seal light leaks into the rooting area. All you need is an anchor point, any way you can.
