So I've been running my lights on 24 hours for the past couple weeks while veg. I read that a 18/6 will encourage growth and was wondering if it'd be beneficial to switch to 18/6 before flowering in a couple weeks
I run the entire veg process on 18/6. IMO 24-7 is not cost effective for the amount of extra growth you get. True plants don't need a break in light but in the extra 6 hours you are not really going to see that much of a dif.
