As of January 1, 2012, the cantons Vaud, Neuchatel, Geneva and Fribourg have allowed the growing and cultivation of up to 4 cannabis plants per person, in an attempt to curb illegal street trafficking. source

Have a read of that source - some pretty interesting info on their penalties. Sounds like a cool place to live
