Swirling leaves

  1. Ok, so I have some plants in a friends huge backyard, and apparently when they were last moved, there was a plant left behind. This was eventually noticed by my friend and he moved it to where all the other plants are. This plant's odd appearance (swirling leaves, small immature buds) suggests that the plant switched from flowering back to vegetative and now I think it is back to flowering since it is with the other plants. I do not know how many days it was separated or how many days it has been back with the other plants, my friend said he really wasn't paying attention.

My question is, should I just throw it out or do you think it is worth trying to save? I am assuming I would resume vegetative growth now, because like I said, it's buds are real tiny. How long do you think it would need to recover in vegetative? I was thinking at least 6 weeks but does anyone know from experience?
