Damn, thats rough. I forgot that not everyone knows how to swim. MAN.... MIND BLOWN. Ever try and learn? My brain tells me iv'e been quarry jumping before, i mean thats where an old ass rock quarry is now a crystal clear lake with cliffs and shit, and you jump in/off the cliffs right? If not ive engaged in stupidity.
i've tried. even had lessons at girl scout camp. but i've always had this fear of drowning and when the teachers tried to get me to even float i would bug out. i'm the person in the shallow end chilling on a wacky fun noodle haha.
me too haha. I can do the doggy paddle for about 50ft and thats it. I'm not scared of the water and I almost drowned when I was 11. I was doing the doggy paddle out to this dock which was like 150ft from shore and I shit you not had less than 15ft to the dock when I started treading water. Luckily I had good friends who pulled me out. I'm confident enough that I could save myself if I had to. I can't keep myself afloat if i'm stationary but I can swim until I'm out of breath. My parents can't swim and I know some others that can't
Hey dont feel bad guys, i can swim like a fish...But im horrified of brown/dark water and thats 90% of what is around here.
I love swimming! I don't like jumping into the water though! Fuxk that! I once jumped in and my nuts took the full impact then on another occasion I jumped right onto a bunch of rocks.
