Anyone else do this or have a remedy for this, when u sleep I sweat buckets, soak the bed blankets sheets pillows everything wake up soaked dripping off of me, have to run to shower to not freeze to death what's up anyone know
Are you an older woman going through menopause? In all seriousness, unless you are having some crazy intense dreams or using to many blankets or keeping yourself to warm at night... I think you may be best to see a doctor. Not that its something serious, just better get it looked at to know for sure what it is exactly.
Maybe you have a thyroid condition? Have you tried sleeping with a thin blanket? That's what I do during the summer since I don't like to burn up power with my AC.

Only time I sweat during sleep is when I havnt smoked in awhile. .................................................... I dont do drugs, I set plants on fire and breathe.

Make sure all of your blankets are 100% cotton. All this shit nowadays is polyester (plastic) it will make you sweat.
