Hey GC. I was wondering if you guys know of any First or third person survival games where you just live off the land day to day.. maybe on an Island or something? Im hopeing there is atleast one game like this..
Only thing that comes to my mind is minecraft. You need to build shelter, harvest materials, hunt your own/eat food to survive, defend against nightly monsters and basically live off the land given to you. Although this may not be the type of game your looking for its pretty damn close. Also its one hell of a game to play. Hopefully you find what your looking for.
There's a game called DayZ that Is a zombie mod of Arma 2 and you have to scavenge the landscape while fighting off other players and zombies. Its loads of fun
As everyone else is sayin' check out the Dayz mod for ARMA II..its getting huge quick, downloading it tomorrow.
I'm tired of hearing all about this Day Z stuff >.<. It sounds so good. I guess I'm going to get Arma 2 and the mod even though I never play games on PC for the most part. Gotta see what this hype is all about, but I hear it's online only which is too bad
