So I was scheduled to get off probation today, 4/16. I was planning on calling the courthouse and making sure everything was good, or if I had to take a final drug test or anything like that, but unfortunately it was closed due to bad weather. So tomorrow, 4/17 would I be okay to smoke? I’m on unsupervised and my PO said I don’t have to come in and sign anything, and I’d just be discharged and get my papers in the mail. To put it in perspective, my friend just got off a 2 year probation for the Ganj. On his last day, he called the probation office and they didn't answer. He refrained because of nervousness that he may get tested and called again the next day. His probation officer told him he didn't want to see him there again. He was free. If a judge has already signed off on your papers(this was done for him), I'd say you are good to go my friend. J Evergreen
